Homesteady’s Honey Bee is a bit of a cow lover’s dream come true. I followed her on social media since she was born and always thought she was one of the most beautiful cows I’d ever seen. And when her breeders decided to sell their herd, we couldn’t throw our hat in the ring fast enough! So thankful they entrusted us with this gorgeous girl, she’s a keeper for sure 💛

Honey Bee arrived on our farm in the spring of 2025 and has settled in beautifully – we couldn’t love her more! She was bred to RRR Holdin Strong and in April 2026 she delivered the most handsome bull calf. He is correct and small, with that gorgeous head just like his dam. Needless to say, with those looks and genetics, we’re keeping him!

Honey Bee gives about 4.5 gallons a day at peak and she has a wonderful cream line, too! She has a lovely udder with nice orifices and good length to her teats – we are so happy to have a son of hers to use on the rest of our girls.
