In the spring of 2024 we relocated to fifteen acres in beautiful northwest Alabama and have been working hard to make this place into our dream farm ever since! We’ve got our herd size just right in order to be able to give each of our girls all the attention, brushing and loving they can stand!
To kick off calving season in November 2025, Lilibet Luv gave us a beautiful mini-me version of herself! Then five more calves followed in spring 2026 – all sired by RRR Holdin’ Strong. We are so thankful to have been able to use such a phenomenal bull… tragically he passed away this spring, so we are feeling especially thankful to have his genetics solidly in our herd now 💛
We milk our girls once a day and use their delicious milk to make butter, cheese, yogurt, chocolate milk and, of course, ice cream. Our girls average about 2-4 gallons on once a day milking… pretty perfect for a homestead cow!

Tin Stone Esmeralda and Tin Stone Easy Rider are two of our calves from our 2026 season. We are just tickled to have such lovely calves born here on our farm, and with exceptional genetics as well!
Follow us on Instagram to really get to know our little herd… we post regularly and are pretty sure our miniature Jerseys are some of the cutest out there!
Behind that goofy weaning ring is one handsome little hunk ❤️ Easy is almost five months now (and still gets one bottle a day), soon we’ll wean him completely and he’ll go out with the big girls 🥰 #easytheminijersey #minijersey #a2a2…
She’s 10+ years older (and a little slower 🥹) than her herd mates, but she’s still one amazing little milk cow 💛 So thankful we took the chance on this girl five years ago when we bought her as an “aged” cow 🥰 She’s just confirmed pregnant by HBF Patriot, due with a May 2027 calf ❤️ #ettajanebutters #ettatheminijersey #minijersey…
Meet SNS Songbird, aka Birdie 🐦⬛ She came to us from @shortnsweethomestead, the same wonderful farm we got Bear from… and Bear is the reason we have Birdie now! I loved Bear’s conformation and temperament so much, and he was so well handled and cared for before he came to us, I told Jessi to let me know if she ever had a heifer available. Well, not long after that, she reached out and said she did ❤️ Birdie is four months old and was dam raised, so we will be working to continue the gentling and halter training her breeder has begun. She and Darcy have become fast friends and, as soon as this heat wave is over, will join our other calf group – can’t wait 🥰 #minijersey…
Wisteria Hill Darcy ❤️ She is out of Dexter Corner Waffle (DC Pancake x DC Rambler) by Oak Creek’s Lazarus (Oak Creek’s Rachel x HCC Mocha) and as adorable, sweet and tiny as she can be 🥰 Thank you @wisteria.hill.farms for entrusting us with this little cutie pie! #darcytheminijersey #minijersey…
And, on my way home from Illinois, I *might* have stopped in Indiana to pick up one more addition to our growing herd ❤️ Introductions coming soon, we’ve been busy trying to keep everyone cool and making sure everyone is settling in well 🥰…
Two days, 15 hours of driving and even more wonderful cow craziness than usual 🤣 On Thursday, I hauled Patriot to my cow mentor and bestie, Tim O’Donnell, in Illinois. I also took Eyre (yes, in the back seat of my truck) 😅 I also met my friend and fellow breeder, Ashley Knapp, from @wisteria.hill.farms who brought me one of her itty bitty beauties for me to take home 💛 It was so great to spend the day talking cows and wandering around Dexter Corner… there’s good reason @timodonnell1956 is known as the Godfather of the mini Jersey breed 🤩 So excited to be able to grow my herd with this little heifer, Wisteria Hill Darcy… will do more official introductions soon! #eyretheminijersey #darcytheminijersey #minijersey…
Someone’s sneaking a snack ✨ Honey Bee’s paddock includes our muscadine vines and she just realized that they are currently producing deliciously sweet fruit! Thankfully she doesn’t overindulge and just enjoys a little snack here and there 💛 #honeybeetheminijersey #minijersey…
Eyre and Evie have become really sweet friends – they are honestly both so easy going and get along so well, without any of the typical sibling squabbles 🥰 Soon Eyre will leave for her new home in Illinois and I know Evie will really miss her 🥹 #evertheminijersey #eyretheminijersey #minijersey…
Happy birthday, Lottie ❤️ Three years ago today my best cow, Sarah, had her last calf. We named her Tin Stone Charlotte Royale and she has grown from an adorable heifer to a beautiful cow 🥰 We just confirmed she is pregnant, due May 4, 2027, with a calf by HBF Patriot 😍 Patriot is a tiny guy, just a year old, and is only here for a short time. Soon he will be headed to Illinois, to my friend Tim O’Donnell’s lovely farm, Dexter Corner ❤️ #lottietheminijersey #patriottheminijersey #minijersey…
Still have not found a perfect fit for this beauty! Evermore will be available at weaning in October… if you are looking for a wonderful little milk cow prospect, this is your girl ❤️ Great genetics, beautifully built and the sweetest temperament. She is handled twice daily, she halters and leads like a dream 🥰 Message me if you’d like more info, I’m always happy to talk about my cows! #evertheminijersey #minijersey…
It’s official… Little Cricket is expecting ✨ She’s the first of our girls to settle for 2027 and is due on April 1, bred to BWT Summer Solstice 💛 His dam is a beautiful pale fawn with a fantastic udder and we are just so excited about this calf 🤩 #crickettheminijersey #minijersey…
Someone got a weaning ring 😅 Easy is four months old now and plenty big (and chunky) to wean. And, believe it or not, before long he’ll be too mature to run with the heifer calves, if we don’t want any accidental pregnancies 😳 Once he’s good and weaned he’ll go out and run with the mama cows and the heifers will stay together 🥰 #easytheminijersey #minijersey…
I just love this girl so much ❤️ She has had some minor soreness in her hind end off and on but recently it seems to have worsened – we think it was a breeding injury 😭 We have been doing all we can to help her heal and part of that is keeping her separate from the rest of the herd 🥺 The natural jostling and shoving of a bunch of cows could easily make her situation much worse, so for now we are keeping her separate and trying some supplements to help her get better. Thankfully she is showing some improvement and does seem content with the set up, especially since she gets her favorite hay and doesn’t have to share 🌿 #honeybeetheminijersey #minijersey…
