Breeding Plans

All of our calves for the year have safely arrived, thank the Lord! ❤️

We have two 2026 heifer calves available to go to new homes – if you have not completed an inquiry form already, now is a good time if you’d like to be considered!

DC Lilibet Luv was bred to Hilltop’s McLightning for a fall 2025 calf. On the morning of November 26th, Lilibet did an amazing job delivering a lovely, healthy, look-alike heifer, Tin Stone Evangeline Luv ❤️ Evie was 24″ at birth, is A1A2 and homozygous polled. Lilibet is a wonderful little milker, with a well-attached udder. She gives two gallons a day in her second lactation.

Tin Stone Evangeline Luv has gone to live in Tennessee on a wonderful farm where she has lots of bovine friends ❤️

Acadia’s Mabel was bred to RRR Holdin’ Strong (aka Magni) for a March 2026 calf. On the afternoon of March 19th, Mabel delivered a tiny, beautiful heifer calf, Tin Stone Esmeralda. Esmeralda was just 21″ at birth, is A2A2 and homo polled. Mabel is a relatively heavy milker for a 41″ cow and gave four gallons at peak during her last lactation, so we have very high hopes for this little beauty!

Tin Stone Esmeralda... we love her so much we’re keeping her in our herd ❤️

Tin Stone Little Cricket was bred to RRR Holdin’ Strong for an April 2026 calf. On April 18th, Cricket delivered a beautiful painted bull calf, Tin Stone Little Elm. Elm was 22.5″ at birth and looks so much like his mama ❤️ He is A1A2, hetero polled and has the most easy-going temperament, just like his sire! Cricket is not only beautiful but an excellent little milker, and at 42″ is giving close to 4 gallons in her second lactation!

Tin Stone Little Elm will be going as a steer to be loved by a wonderful family in Tennessee with 50 acres for him to roam ❤️

Homesteady’s Honey Bee was bred to RRR Holdin’ Strong for an April 2026 calf. We are so thrilled to have Honey Bee in our herd, we knew we were likely to keep her calf, regardless of gender. And as soon as we saw him we were sure… he’s staying ❤️ Honey Bee was sneaky and decided to calve in-between night checks – around 11pm on April 18th, we walked out to check and there was a beautiful painted bull calf staring at us! Tin Stone Easy Rider was 22″ at birth, is A2A2 and homo polled. His mama, Honey Bee, is a fabulous milk cow with a deep body, great feet and a lovely udder, and is giving 4.5 gallons in her current lactation.

Tin Stone Easy Rider is such a lovely bull calf in every way – and we adore both his parents! We can’t wait to use him as our herdsire in the future ❤️

Tin Stone Charlotte Royale was bred to RRR Holdin’ Strong for a May 2026 calf. Lottie lost her first calf after a very difficult calving (in which we almost lost her) so we were understandably anxious for this calf to arrive… and God answered our prayers in a big way ❤️ Not only was Lottie able to calve easily, and unassisted, but she calved in the few moments I ran inside! On May 22nd, her due date, Lottie delivered a lovely painted heifer, Tin Stone Evermore. She was 24″ at birth, is A1A2 and homo polled. Lottie is 42″ and one of our prettiest girls, and the only daughter of our first and best girl, Memory Lane Sarah. Lottie has a lovely udder and has been such a good girl in the milk parlor, giving a little over 2.5 gallons a day in her first lactation.

Tin Stone Evermore will be available – to be considered for her please complete an animal inquiry form here ❤️

MJF Etta Jane Butters was bred to RRR Holdin’ Strong for a June 2026 calf. Etta is our oldest girl at 14, and a farm favorite for her sassy attitude and her ability to simply *not* age! Etta’s sassiness carried over into her calving this season… she decided to calve early, and without giving anyone the tiniest inclination that she was close. On the morning of June 11th, we walked out to get her for breakfast and she came out of her stall, with a little bitty baby running alongside her ❤️ Tin Stone Jane Eyre was 24″ at birth and is A1A2 and hetero polled by parentage. Etta is just 39″ and a fantastic milk cow that stays fat on air while still maintaining production – giving three gallons early in her current lactation.

If you’d like to be considered for one of our future babies, be sure to complete an inquiry form or reach out to me at stefanie@tinstonecattleco.com with any questions!
